He co-exist and equal in power with God. The work of redemption which he accompanied through his death on the cross of Calvary mark the beginning of his works and effectiveness in the lives of all diligent and obedient children of His. His work in our lives are enormous. Jesus redeemed us by His blood (1Peter 1:18-20) "In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace". Redemption means to buy from slavery and set free. Human race was sold out to sin by Adamic nature.
